How old do I need to be to purchase a vape?

In all states in Australia, personal vaporizers cannot be sold to persons under the age of 18.

We receive many emails a day. Please be patient and allow up to one business day for a response. Emails are answered in the order they are received, Monday – Friday 10:30 am – 6:30 pm. Shipping Questions

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 3 business days of being placed.
Once your order has been shipped and labelled you will receive an email with the details of your purchase.

I received the incorrect order or my product is faulty, how do I return it?

Please send us an email as soon as you receive your order and we send you a Reply Paid label to post it back to us and we will send a replacement. Please ensure products remain sealed.
